ABOUT THIS CENTRE:
Ideally Amrita Ayurveda Health Center begins with a Personal Health Evaluation from a Vaidya (qualified Ayurvedic Doctor). This takes about three quaters of an hour, and enables the Ayurvedic practitioner to assess your health requirements. The Vaidya Ayurvedic practitioner will examine your Pulse (Nadi), Marma (Vital Points) and Chakras.
TREATMENTS:
The Vaidya will examine your eyes, tongue, skin, hairs and nails (may be you will be asked to bring first urine for a urine oil drop test at subsequent consultation).
You will be given personal advice on a range of methods for improving your health and on natural measures to rectify any underlying imbalances that are identified and all are tailored according to the individual's need. These may include: Diet, Daily routine,Life-style, Dietary supplements, Nature based therapies, Education about Ayurveda Health Evaluation consultations
The Ayurveda consultation with Naveen Gupta – Vaidya Ayurveda Acharya, includes Pulse examination, identification of personal bio-type constitution at physical and mental level. The other treatments like Ayurvedic detoxifying massage/s, small, medium or complete Panchkarma ( detoxifying and rejuvenation therapy to achieve harmony of body, mind and spirit), Marma Massages (care of vital points), Mantra Meditation, Kundalini Jagrana by AyurTherapy and beginner level or deeper understanding of Ayurvedic cooking etc. can be discussed at the time of the advise.
We also treat for Musculo–skeletal disorders like arthritis, Habitual constipation, obesity, osteoporosis, marrow compression, infertility, metabolic disorders, hormonal disturbances, different types of anemia etc. Moreover we should take advantage of Amrita Ayurveda Panchakarma in maintaining our health and bringing happiness and harmony by giving the treatment like Purvakarma: Pre-purification Measures for Panchakarma, Snehana and Swedana., Panchakarma /Cleansing Therapies Pradhana Karma: Main Purification measures of Panchakarma.
