Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust is located in the premises of The Ayurvedic Trust Hospital/Dhanwanthari Temple. It has easy access to Rail, Road and Air - just 3 Kms from the Railway station, 5 Kms from Outstation Bus Terminal and 10 Kms from Air Port. Coimbatore city is situated near the Western Ghats Mountains in Tamil Nadu state -sharing the border with Kerala and is blessed with pleasant climatic conditions.

ABOUT THIS CENTRE:

Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust is a Training School that imparts Authentic Education in Ayurveda, Yoga and other allied Traditional Systems of India. It has been conducting short- term and long- term courses for international as well as Indian students on Ayurveda & Yoga. The Ayurveda treatment offered by us helps a lot of people suffering from various ailments.

FOUNDER:

Sri P. R. Krishnakumar - The Managing Director of the AVP group, and he is the Founder of Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust. Having widely travelled in India and abroad and possessing a broad vision, he has dedicated his life to the promotion of Indian science, art and culture and in particular Ayurveda. He is on the Advisory Board of several government and non-government organizations involved in the propagation of Ayurveda. He was instrumental in bringing Ayurveda to the attention of the World Health Organization (WHO).

He leads a zealous quest for excellence – both in service and in products. He is an eminent national as well as international authority in the field of traditional medicine. His leadership has ushered ‘AVP Group’ into a new era of dimensions.

Sri.V. Vasudevan - Our Director - He has worked over 15 years as a teacher at Ayurveda College Coimbatore. Being the Director of Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam Trust, he has been engaged in National and International training programs on Ayurveda and Yoga and several students had the opportunity to learn with him over the last two decades. He occasionally travels abroad for conducting camps and seminars on Ayurveda, Yoga and Indian philosophy.

TREATMENTS:

Special treatments are offered to various diseases like Arthritis, Spondylosis, Eye diseases, Sciatica, Skin Diseases, Marma (Vital parts), Injury, Menstrual disorders, Insomnia, Chavitti Uzhichil (Foot massage), Paralysis, Facial Palsy, Psoriasis, Eczema, Mental Depression, Neurological problems, Obesity, Osteoporosis, Gastro intestinal problems, Diabetes, Asthma, Disc Prolepsis, Migraine, Urological and Infertility.

In addition to the common treatment procedures in practice, we do focus on the Kerala Traditional Treatments such as Oil Treatments, Panchakarma, Pizhichil, Dhara, Kizhi, Sirovasti, Pichu etc.

ACCOMMODATION:

We provide single room A/C and Non A/C accommodation is available with attached toilet/ bath facilities. Patients need not bring any mattress or woolen clothing.

FOOD:

We provide special ayurvedic food is provided during treatment period.

PRICE RANKING:

The charge are; 5 days treatment – 10,000 INR (Non A/C) & 12,500 INR (A/C), 10 days treatment – 20,000 INR (Non A/C) & 25,000 INR (A/C), 15 days treatment – 30,000 INR (Non A/C) & 37,500 INR (A/C), 28 days treatment – 56,000 INR (Non A/C) & 70,000 INR (A/C), 35 days treatment – 70,000 INR (Non A/C) & 87,500 INR (A/C), Special packages of shorter duration - 2000 INR (Non A/C) & 2500 INR (A/C).

The total cost per day including treatment, medicine, food and accommodation would be 2000 INR for non A/c and 2500 INR for A/c facilities approximately. Laundry is also available on extra payment.
