ABOUT THIS INSTITUTE:
Ayurveda Elements Academy is committed to teaching the cream of Ayurvedic theory and practice in an interesting and fun format. We provide extensive notes and complementary snacks and drinks.
COURSE OFFERED:
The course is designed to equip students with a firm understanding of Ayurvedic principles and their practical application in curative and preventative health care. On successful course completion students will be adept at Ayurvedic diagnostic skills, Ayurvedic massage, lifestyle guidance, Ayurvedic nutrition and the use of potent herbs and oils. At the completion of the course students receive a certificate of attainment that qualifies them as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant.
And also offers the following course; 1 Year Ayurveda Certificate course commences in March 2009 . Ayurvedic Tongue Diagnosis is coming up . Five Elements Body Type analysis course is coming up . Ayurvedic Therapies for Yoga related health issues . Individual Ayurveda rejuvenation in Kerala.
DURATION:
This course is completed in 9 weekends over 9 months. Total duration is 108 hours. It is designed to impart practical ayurveda, for practitioners and health seekers alike. Please remember that it is neither an accredited course, nor a practitioner course.
FACULTY:
Rama Prasad - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery – He has over 15 years clinical and teaching experience. He is one of the few authentic Ayurvedic practitioners in Australia. Dr. Prasad is known as a gifted healer and dynamic teacher. And others are Rami Sivan - Registered Nurse, Astrologer, Vedic scholar and priest, Dr Shaun Matthews - M.B, D. CH, Certificate of Ayurveda, Jennifer Thomas - Registered nurse, Masseuse.
FEE PARTICULARS:
Course fee is $1980 (includes GST). Payment may be made in one or two installments by card, money order, cheque or cash. To secure placement a deposit of $990 is required at least 2 months before course commencement date. The remaining $990 can be paid on the first day of the course.
