Ayurveda Retreat opened in August 2006 with the aim of making the profound benefits of Ayurveda easily accessible for everyone. Our town centre location is very convenient and easy to get to, and appointments can be tailored around your schedule.
This is the place where the client can feel the peace and relaxation, far removed from the hustle and bustle of city life. You will feel utterly relaxed and rejuvenated in the hour or so that you spend with us, ready to take on the world again.
The founders of Ayurveda Retreat are passionate about the incredible healing power of Ayurveda and it ability to help all of us to maintain good health. True health is a state of persistent well-being, not a condition of temporary tranquility or respite from affliction. The Ayurveda Retreat team is dedicated to providing you with an unsurpassed level of service. - Kristina Tokarova-Itraj - Ayurvedic Consultant, she holds a postgraduate diploma and a BSc in Ayurvedic Medicine from the College of Ayurveda. In addition, she has gained significant and varied practical experience at a specialist Ayurvedic hospital in Pune, India where she has been responsible for patient care. Kristina is a full member of the Ayurvedic Practitioners Association and has a deep passion for Ayurveda.
Vishal Kohli holds a Bachelors degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from the Bharti Vidyapeeth University in Pune, India. Vishal has a long-standing passion for Ayurveda, and was previously Head of Ayurveda at the W.S Kohli Memorial Hospital in Pune, India. He has also had a number of articles on Ayurveda published in various publications.
