Ayurveda Today provides personalised ayurvedic nutrition programmes, Snehana (for women only), Shirodhara, Mukkabhyanga (anti-ageing facial massage), anti-ama diet (detox), home colon cleanse programme, and one-to-one yoga. It is a one-person practice run by qualified ayurvedic therapist Jacqui Gibbons. She specializes in making personalized programmes that are realistic and achievable for busy working Londoners, and in making ayurveda clear and accessible.

We offer full Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultations, Abhyanga - Aurvedic oil massage, Private Yoga lessons, one-to-one or in small private groups, Snehana -Ayurvedic oil massage, Shirodhara - Warm oil treatment for the mind, Mukkabhyanga - Rejuvenating facial massage, Basti, Uro basti, Facial massage, Detox programmes are now available: a 14-day anti-ama diet, and a seven to ten-day home cleansing of the small intestine and/or colon (virechan and basti) for chronic constipation and digestive problems.
