ABOUT THIS CENTRE:
Ayurveda Today has been created to spread health and wellbeing through the natural and ancient sciences of Ayurveda and yoga. This welcome page explains briefly what Ayurveda is. Then you can click on the tabs above for straightforward information that will help you decide if you wish to see an Ayurvedic therapist.
At Ayurveda Today we will show you that, although Ayurveda is a detailed medical science, it need not be impenetrable and complex. Our goal is to show you how Ayurveda can be made entirely realistic and practical to incorporate into modern daily life, to achieve health and balance.
TREATMENTS:
We offer full Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultations, Consultations for most common conditions (see About Ayurveda, above), Ayurvedic oil massage (Abhyanga) and Private Yoga lessons, one-to-one or in small private groups. We hope this site inspires you to discover this natural healthcare system for yourself, and look forward to sharing Ayurveda with you.
PRICE RANKING:
The charges are; Ayurvedic consultation - 60 minutes - £50, Oil massage - 60 minutes - £50, Double appointment (full consultation plus massage) – 2 hrs - £100, Series of three massages - £135 and One-to-one yoga lesson -75 minutes: £40.
