Some good points, but organization, client care, customer service, premises in good repair: all are lacking severely.

Their high prices certainly don't match the surroundings or service, and you
can do much, much better elsewhere in India.

There is a lot of chaos with so many of the key staff being sent here and there, and then who is left will not have time to even check you or see you on weekends
and if there are a lot of guests at the time.

Like others we have met, we will not be returning.
