Nearest Railway Station: Brighton Stations. Trains come regularly from London Bridge or London Victoria Station.
ABOUT THIS CLINIC:
At Ayuseva we offer Ayurvedic pulse-reading consultations, nutrition and lifestyle advice, Ayurvedic treatments, tailor-made cleansing programmes, panchakarma, seminars and cooking workshops with a view to help you to restore and enhance your health and wellbeing.
TREATMENTS:
The treatments offered by this clinic are: Shiro dhara, Heart dhara, Kidney dhara and Kati basti using different medicated oils according to the area being treated and the nature of the condition. We also offer Pindswed massage, Siddha massage, Full body Abhyanga & Steam massage, Pregnancy massage, Nasya with face massage. Residential guests receive 2 to 3 hours daily of relaxing, rejuvenating Ayurvedic treatments.

Sascha and Rebecca Kriese BA (Hons) Ayurveda, MAPA, are the Ayurvedic Practitioners at Ayuseva.
FOOD:
We provide organic, vegetarian meals freshly prepared according to Ayurvedic principles. You will also have the opportunity to learn about Ayurvedic cooking, gather some inspiring recipes and discover the healing properties of the culinary herbs and spices in your kitchen cupboard. You will also come to appreciate the importance of the digestive fire for your health and learn which foods help to kindle it.
ACCOMMODATION:
We provide accommodation for a single person or a couple in one of our two guest rooms.
PRICE RANKING:
Accommodation and all meals - £45 per person per day. First consultation 1 1/2 hr - £21 Administration Fee, Follow-up consultation 1 hr - £21. Ayurvedic remedies can cost from £45 to £75 per month. Full list of treatment prices can be viewed on our website, but for a residential stay treatments usually cost between £85-£100 per day depending on the number of treatments received.
 
SETTINGS:
Ayuseva is located on the outskirts of Brighton, almost directly by the Down's and its lush countryside, but also only 10 minutes from sea. The house is light and spacious, with a large garden, conservatory and a seminar room for doing yoga in.
ENVIRONMENT:
There is a main road not far away that you can hear when the wind blows that way, but our road itself is a quiet residential road with no through traffic.
VASTU:
The front entrance of the house faces north-east and it has many features that are in accordance with Vastu principles.
