TIP OF THE DAY

After Panchakarma take extra care to rest and avoid physical or mental stress. The ancient texts advise us to avoid extreme weather, too much talking, walking long distances, heavy food or any activity that is not pleasing to the senses. The body needs time to regenerate.

Bharatiya Sanskriti Darshan Trust Ayurvedic Hospital & Research Centre, Wagholi, Maharashtra
by Remco Date Added: Sunday 03 July, 2011
About 16 months ago I was at this centre for one month because of CFS and digestive problems and I had a good experience. The staff was professional and friendly, the food was light and tasty, the surroundings nice.
After three weeks I got more energy and I left with feeling physically well. Unfortunately I caught some flue after I left, probably on the plane and the journey home was real long and tiring, so I had to recover for a week when I was back home.
After that I felt real good again, had lots of energy which slowly became less in the next months. All in all I have had more energy than normal for 4 or 5 months. My digestion has remained better for a longer time, but I have the feeling it's slowly getting worse again.
Looking for new treatment, but the Wagholi centre has become more expensive because of the economic crisis, they are 200 dollars a day now for the cottage or 100 dollar for a hospital bed in a room with other people (which I would only choose if I have no other good options). So looking for a good, comfortable, cheaper alternative.
