I was lucky enough to work there having travelled from England in August/September 2009. The centre is set in the beautiful Drakensburg Champagne Castle area in a very quiet location. Whilst the centre is not five star luxury, it makes up for it in friendliness of the staff, and everybody I helped to to give the treatment to seemed very happy and all said they would be returning. The food has to be fairly basic whilst the cleansing is taking place, as heavy food will slow down or block the process. Maharishi Ayurveda really works, and it you continue to feel the benefits long after the treatment has ended.
