ABOUT THIS COLLEGE:
Manjara Ayurved medical college & Hospital is run by Manjara Charitable Trust, Latur by the blessing & support from founder of the trust Honorable Shri. Vilasraoji Deshmukh - Union Minister for Heavy Industries & Public enterprises, President of trust Honorable Shri Dilipraoji Deshmukh minister of Relief, Re-habitation, sports, youth welfare & protocol & Shri. Amitji Deshmukh, Executive Trustee.
 
Manjara Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is established in the year 200-2001 with an object to provide excellent academic environment & facilities to synthesize well educated & qualified medical graduates of Ayurveda. It is affiliated with Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik, the intake capacity of students is 50 per year.
COURSE OFFERED:
The college offers B.A.M.S. Course (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery).
ELIGIBILITY:
The candidate must have passed the H.S.C. with Science subjects viz Physics, Chemistry, & Biology from a recognized University or Board with minimum 50% marks for general category & 40% marks for Sc, ST and OBC. The candidate must have passed MH-CET or Associate CET with minimum 50% marks for General Category & 40% marks for SC, ST, & OBC and the candidate must have completed the Age of 17 years at the time of admission.
DURATION:
The duration of this course is 5 years & 6 month, in which 4 years & 6 months is professional & one year for compulsory rotating internship.
FACULTY:
All teachers are possessing higher qualification in ayurved & works with devotions for the welfare of students.
ACCOMMODATION:
We provide separate hostel facilities for boys & Girls.

OTHER FACILITIES:
The college has Library is equipped with more than 6235 Books of various authors in various languages on Ayurved & modern sciences. It is provided with 17 various national Journals & Research magazines on Ayurveda. There is a separate well furnished study room for students.
And it has 03 acre for herbal garden and well equipped pharmacy section where we prepare all kinds of Ayurvedic medicines under the observations of experts. Our College participates in sports & cultural activities of MUHS Nashik.
It conducts rural health campus for the welfare of rural public through National service scheme supported by MUHS Nashik. We conduct monthly seminars & discussions on various topics of Ayurved & Modern Science to update the knowledge of students.
With all facilities & equipments Departmental laboratories are available to students for their Departmental practical. A separate Dissection hall with proper ventilation is available for Anatomy Dept. Dead bodies provided to the student for practical work. Air Conditioned computer lab is available for students with Internet Facility. We have fully equipped computerized Pathology lab, where all investigations are done through Cell counter & R.A. 50 machines & Urine Analyzer etc.
HOSPITAL:
The college has fully equipped & full fledged 120 bed hospital with I.P.D. & Casualty facilities. We conducts clinical posting of students in hospital. We have various advanced facilities like; Sonography, X-ray, E.C.G., Labor room and fully equipped operation theatre. We have separate special Departments for panchakarma & ksharsutra therapies.
