Pacific Northwest Ayurveda is the place where the ayurvedic doctors dedicated to sharing the ancient practice of Ayurveda and Panchakarma, in its integrity, in the beauty and peaceful settings of the Pacific Northwest. This health retreat is where you can relax and rejuvenate naturally in the peaceful setting in the Pacific Northwest.
TREATMENTS:
We provide Ayurvedic consultations, Lifestyle counseling, Nutritional counseling, Improvements with common illnesses – like digestive disorders, ulcers, chronic fatigue, diabetes, hormonal imbalances, urinary disorders, hypertension, skin disorders, respiratory disorders, bronchitis, asthma, allergies and Mental Issues - such as anxiety, nervousness, fear, anger, rage, depression, insomnia, stress management of women’s health issues - PMS, menstrual concerns, infertility and menopause.
And also we provide the following treatments - Abhyanga, Marma massage, Swedana, Shirodhara, Nasya, Udvartana, Garshana, Basti, Specialized therapies and Bolus treatments.
DOCTORS:
Dr Dhaval Dhru M.D., graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute, studied Ayurveda with Dr. Lad, including Gurukula Program in Pune, India. He is Board Certified in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery in the USA and Canada, and was in private practice for more than 20 years. He is a certified yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance. He is an expert diagnostician in both western and eastern modalities, international educator on Ayurveda and Yoga and has been involved with teaching assignments at the Ayurveda Institute. His special interests are pulse diagnosis and arma Chikitsa.
Carolyn MacLean LMP, CAP, graduated from Ayurvedic Academy (Kerala Ayrveda). Carolyn holds 3 certifications in Panchakarma training. She has a B.S. with a Major in Nutrition from Bastyr University. With more than 10 years of study and experience as an educator and therapist, Carolyn passionately continues her studies and practice of Ayurveda and whole foods nutrition. Her professional interests include skin care, spa bodywork techniques, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology and Aromatherapy with essential oils and homemade hydrosols.
Trish Foss LMP, AAP, graduated from AYU Academy (Kerala Ayurveda), with an Advanced Practioners Certification. She has completed advanced courses in Women's Health, Herbology and Panchakarma in Bangalore, India. Her passions are nutritional therapies, Ayurvedic cooking, cultivating plants and using food as medicine. As a massage therapist she has special interests in Marma, Shirodhara, Aromatherapy and Reiki.
ACCOMMODATION:
We provide accommodation approximately 30 miles from Tacoma, approximately 40 miles from Seatac Airport. It is a large log cabin 9 bed rooms 4 bath rooms.
FOOD:
We provide ayurvedically prepared meals with fresh, organic ingredients for nourishment and gentle cleansing. We don’t serve white sugar, nightshades and chilli.

The charges for Initial Consultation and Wellness Plan - $135 and 7 day program - Cost: $3,000 per person.
POLLUTION:
There is no air and noise pollution in the surrounding area.
