If planning to go for Panchakarma, the week or two before take extra care not to eat any heavy food or meals late at night. By taking light foods like mung dal and basmati rice with vegetables you will prepare the body for this beautiful cleansing process.
To review a Panchakarma centre you visited simply find it on our site
and then click the appropriate review button and write your feedback.
You will need to create an account to submit your review. We appreciate your
feedback and it helps people from around the world to find the best place for
their healing and evolution.
We request you only review centres you have visited as a patient and have an
indepth experience of the place. If you just visited for a day or two it is not
enough detail to guide a patient who might need treatment.

Atma Santulana Village Karla over advertised centre withover priced medicine For food you have to take coupon within alloted time else you end up hungry waiting for doctor and the doctors are too young dont explain much to relieve the anxiety of patients and add to it in the pamphlet they provide if we buy medicine without first consulting doctor you have to shell out 25% and many general medicines are given fancy names...
visited santulana ayurved in pune, observed the following points
1) no co operation for critically ill and senior citizens
2. impatient doctors behaviour. she started to fire questions and she has no time to listen to the answer. did not check properly.
3. limited stock of medicines. we have to call them or visit the shop two to three times to get the medicines. for senior citizens it is very difficult to follow up
4. on some of the medicines there is no name and contents list. patient should know the property of the medicines he is taking.
pl take a note of it. we heard so much about santulana ayurved but after visiting, it did not meet my acceptations.
