TREATMENTS:
SanAquam’s Muldersdrif Retreat caters for 3 – 7 days stays. Tailored to the needs of the corporate world, this retreat provides the ideal breakaway for team building and strategy workshops that require a shifting of mental paradigms. Central to this offering are programmes that de-stress, detoxify and rejuvenate. Leadership development programmes on adversity encounters in nature as well as advanced brain-based time management workshops are offered.
DOCTORS:
Dr. Rajen Cooppan (MBChB, MD) is the Medical Director of SanAquam, he has run an integrated Ayurvedic medical practice for 23 years. He went to India and studied under an Ayurvedic master.
Dr. Geraldine Mitton (MBChB, DCH, Dip TCM) has been medical and wellness director of 2 award winning spas and created the 1st medical spa in South Africa. She will be overseeing spa programmes for SanAquam, and will design innovative signature therapies acting in synergy with the Ayurvedic offerings.

FOOD:
It provides healthy and tasty Ayurvedic breakfast and lunch. The Ayurvedic meals, we prepare for you will help you experience the physical and mental balancing effect of properly meals. Every SanAquam Retreat and Urban Sanctuary provides food for its clients and guests during treatments. The meals offered are vegetarian and prepared according to Ayurvedic principles to best support your progress the cuisine is drawn from Mediterranean, India, Greek, Chinese, Italian, South African and Thai origins.

Micro-nutrition products are available from the SanAquam Life style shop located at every SanAquam Urban Sanctuary or Retreat.
ACCOMMODATION:
SanAquam Private Residence Club (PRC) offers residences that have been designed in accordance with the principles of a 5-star Ayurvedic retreat.
