The Institute has a beautiful magnificent building and an eye catching landscaping view, spread over an area of 10 acres. It is a fine blend of architecture and natural outlook. There has been Rs.10 crores expenditure on it so far. Yet the management has further plans of its expansion & development. The equipment in the college is worth more than Rs 1.5 crore.
ABOUT THIS COLLEGE:
The college joined with C.C.I.M., New Delhi (Health & Family Welfare Department of India), Punjab Govt. and Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (Faridkot). There are 60 seats per year for admission to this course and this number will be enhanced to 60 likely by the next session with 15% quota for NRI seats.

ACCOMMODATION:
This hostel for girls has a magnificent three tier building. This hostel has a capacity of 250 students. Every Room has attached toilet and bathroom. Provisions for coolers and air condition are also there. There are indoor games like Table tennis, Chess, etc. available in the hostel.
The hostel for boys is a beautiful, magnificent building. Every room has an attached Bathroom. This building compete international standards. It will meet the residential requirements for 150 students. All the necessary requirements are full-filled from time to time. The recreational room for the students includes all kinds of indoor entertainments. There is also facility for playing Badminton inside the Boys hostel campus. The building looks magnificent with beautiful interiors matching international standards.
OTHER FACILITIES:
The college has herbal garden having more than 300 varieties of herbs have been developed in the college campus for identification of green plants. A green house is also being maintained.
HOSPITAL:
The hospital is situated in Sarabha Village at Ludhiana-Raikot Road (via Jodhan).This village is the birth place of the great martyr Kartar Singh Sarabha. The hospital has endeavored to serve the community. All modern state of the art facilities are provided at very affordable prices and even free of cost to the poor and needy. This hospital has various departments and provides various services.
The hospital provides round the clock consultation at very nominal fees. The hospital provides separate male & female general wards as well as private rooms & Intensive Care Unit.
