Shanti Ananda ayurvedic therapies promote positive health in several ways. Revitalizing the nervous system / relieving fatigue / promoting sound sleep / improving the complexion / delays ageing / enhancing immunity / pacifying & the mind body system.

Spa cuisine at Shanti Ananda is based on the 5000-year-old medical science of Ayurveda, which talks about the importance of the right food depending on one’s body-type.
