The spa features an extensive range of Ayurvedic and International treatments. The spa offers an extensive menu of body and beauty treatments integrating the traditional Indian systems of Ayurveda and Yoga with Thallasotherapy and contemporary international spa treatments.

Ayurveda is the traditional, ancient and scientific indian system of holistic medicine, which has evolved into a system of complete healthcare resulting in vibrant good health. Shanti Ananda ayurvedic therapies promote positive health in several ways. Revitalizing the nervous system / relieving fatigue / promoting sound sleep / improving the complexion / delays ageing / enhancing immunity / pacifying & the mind body system.

It also offers Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pizhichil, Choorna Swedana, Chakradhara, Takradhara, Udwarthana, Tanlepa, Mukh Lepa, Kati Vasti, Sneha Vasti, Kaval, Gandusa, Kashaya Vasti, Nasya.

An All Day Dining restaurant serves Mauritian and International cuisine in a relaxed setting open to ocean vistas and sea breezes. Spa cuisine at Shanti Ananda is based on the 5000-year-old medical science of Ayurveda, which talks about the importance of the right food depending on one’s body-type.
