  • Rejuvinative Treatments

Shiro Abhyangam (Head massage) - Releases the toxins out of the body, relieves chronic neck and shoulder pain, stimulates hair growth, prevents premature graying and hair loss, brings sound sleep

Mukha Abhyangam (Face massage) - Detoxifies the face and relaxes the facial muscles from their contracted state, distress the face, disappears the frown lines and makes your skin appear healthy and toned

Shiro Dhara - Strengthens the sensory organs. Relieves insomnia, epilepsy, mental retardation and paralysis

Netra Tarpana - Relieves the strain to the eyes due to constant working with computers, TV screen. Corrects the refractive errors of the eyes, relieves dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, other eye disorders due to aggravated doshas like vata, pitta, helps in preventing early formation of cataract

Karna Poorana - Relieves dry nose/ears, earache, ear wax, tinnitus, tingling sensation in the ears, etc

Patra Pinda Sweda (P.P.S) - Relieves joint stiffness and swellings, muscular pain, chronic back pain, anti-aging & rejuvenating Sciatica, Spondylosis, Sprains and cramps

Udvartana - This treatment is mainly to reduce weight. It also removes cellulite, obesity, imparts good complexion to the skin

Padaabhyanga -Induces deep sleep, Improves luster of the skin. Smoothens cracked skin of the feet, hyper tension, and relieves tiredness of the feet

Greeva Basti - Relieves chronic pain in the neck region, cervical spondylosis, compression fractures

Kati Basti - Relieves chronic and acute backaches, prolapsed disc, lumbar spondylosis, osteoporosis, sciatica

Hrid Basti- Relieves inigestion, constipation

Janu Basti - Pain of knee joint, osteo arthritis of the knee joint

Kashaya Seka - Rheumatoid arthritis, osteo arthritis, varicose veins, improves circulation, improves skin complexion. Relieves body pain

Sarvangadhara (Pizhichil) Kayaseka - Relieves chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) after exposure to a viral or bacterial infection. Increases ojus & body immunity.

Sweda - Reduces pain in the body, eliminates toxins, promotes lightness, reduces stiffness, beautifies the skin, and removes the cellulite

Navarakizhi (Shastika Shali Pinda Sweda) - Relieves paralytic strokes, anti-aging & rejuvenating, strengthens tissues, body ache, emaciation, debility monoplegia, psteo arthritis, rheumatoid

Talapodichil - Headache, depression, hyper active conditions, burning sensation in the eyes, insomnia, skin disorders

Netradhara - Relax strained eyes, cooling and refreshing. Delays cataract formation. Helps in treating chronic conjunctivitis. Improves eye sight and makes the eyes sparkle.

  • Panchakarma Treatments

Vamana karma (Emetic) - One of the Panchakarma procedures, it is a medicated emesis therapy, cleanses Kapha toxins collected in the body and decongests the respiratory tract. Daily treatments are administered to loosen and mobilize the toxins and to finally eliminate them, this therapy takes 8 to 10 days.

Virechana karma (Purgative) - A medicated purgation therapy, removes Pitta toxins from the body that are accumulated in the liver and gallbladder, it completely cleanses the gastro-intestinal tract. It is a safe procedure without side effects, it takes 8 to 12 days.

AnuvasanaBasti (Soothing Enema) - Considered as the mother of all treatments, it cleanses the accumulated toxins from all the 3 doahas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, especially Vata toxins, through the colon. Basti is also highly beneficial as a rejuvenating treatment especially in convalescent periods. Medicated oil or ghee and an herbal decoction is given as enema to clean the colon and increase the muscle tone. This procedure is usually applied for 8 to 30 days, based on the medical condition of a person.
