ABOUT THIS INSTITUTE:
Shubhdeep Shikshan Sansthan is society registered under the Madhya Pradesh society Act, 1973. To provide excellent academic environment and facilities to synthesize well educated and qualified Professionals. Shubhdeep Ayurveda Medical College is affiliated to Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidhyalaya (DAVV), Indore M.P. for regular B.A.M.S. course. It has been duly recognized by Central Council of Indian System of Medicine (C.C.I.M.), New Delhi. Shubhdeep Ayurveda Medical College provides education for the B.A.M.S degree course according to the syllabus of the Central Council of Indian Medicine, New Delhi. Institute is planning to start Post Graduate Course M.D. (Ayu.) in Kaya Chikitsa, Samhita, and Rasashastra.
COURSE OFFERED:
B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)
ELIGIBILITY:
Candidates wishing admission to B.A.M.S. course must have passed Higher secondary (10+2) Science Stream examination. The selection of the candidates is based on merit, i.e. the percentage of marks obtained in the entrance examination in the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
DURATION:
Duration: 5½ years - 1st Professional Course - 18 months, 2nd Professional Course - 18 months, 3rd Professional Course - 18 months and Internship - 12 months.
ACCOMMODATION:
Boys and Girls are provided with excellent residential facilities in College associated private Hostels in Indore city.
FOOD:
Canteen facility has been provided for all the staffs and students inside the campus. All regular north and south Indian foods are made available in the canteen.
HOSPITAL:
This institute has also a hospital facility and providing Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatments.
OTHER FACILITIES:
The clinical laboratory of the college is fully equipped to conduct several clinical investigations. Qualified laboratory technicians and staff are provided to impart training in Clinical Physiology and Pathology to students. X-Ray units have been installed for pathological training of the students.
The Herb garden attached to the college comprises different medicinal plants. It helps in the practical training and identification of herbs. The College has an extensive Library which stocks numerous books and publications, Magazines and circulars on Ayurveda and allied subjects. The college also provides Reading room facilities for the students in a very congenial atmosphere.
In order to promote sports activities in the institution all the infrastructure facilities have been provided for both indoor and out door games. The students of this institution are being participated in many university and intercollegiate level sports and games.
