
LOCATION:
The College is functioning at its permanent building at Sai Leo Nagar. It has a Sprawling campus of 200 acres near to the well known tourist attraction "Kishkinta". The college buildings are architecturally designed and built as per the CCIM and CCH norm.

ABOUT THIS COLLEGE:
Sri Sai Ram Medical College for Siddha, Ayurveda & Homoeopathy, Chennai was established in the year of 2001. Sri Sai Ram Medical College is developing into a reputed Medical Institution, imparting top Quality Medical Education and preparing the young generation of student. The colleges are affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai and approved by the CCIM / CCH / Ayush for Indian System of Medicine, New Delhi.

COURSE OFFERED:
B.A.M.S. - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (Ayurvedacharya).

DURATION:
5 1/2 Years including Internship.
ACCOMMODATION:
We have separate Hostel facility for both boys and girls. It is a dividing system and we are providing hygienic food and good accommodation to the students. Recreation rooms provided television, newspapers, music systems and magazines.

FOOD:
Our Canteen is effectively functioning to satisfy the needs of students and staff members with delicious and variety of food items at affordable rates.
OTHER FACILITIES:
Our group of Institutions has a total campus area of 150.00 acres. The 2500 acres have been allotted to the Medical Colleges with necessary infrastructural facilities like well ventilated Class Rooms, Laboratories and Spacious Herbal Garden with adequate water facility and more than 400 Herbal Plants.

Our library is the lifeblood of an academic institution. Our institution encourages all staff members to make best use of the library that has been carefully built up since the inception of the college. The library is housed in a spacious area of 4000 sq ft. with reference section, magazine section and stack area. Presently it stacks more than 12000 books and reference volumes for lending to faculty and students. The library subscribes to more than 60 specialized journals, over one third of them being international. Constant addition of titles and volumes in all fields of medicine a regular feature of the library. Every effort has been made to obtain all titles recommended by the faculty.

Newspapers, weekly and fortnightly magazines of repute are subscribed to enable students to keep abreast of day-to-day trends. The books authored by the faculty of our college are kept in the library for benefit of the students.
