Our Ayurveda and Yoga detox therapies we will help you achieve better health and a more balanced mind. Ayurvedic therapies help relieve many chronic problems such as insomnia, excess weight, stress, arthritis, anxiety, skin disorders, depression, fatigue and poor digestion, and also offer Ayurveda Workshop & Ayurvedic Massage Training
 
Stress management programs are designed to help you relax the mind and body, bringing more focus and clarity to your life. These programs promote better sleep, decrease anxiety and also give you more energy and vitality. Nutritional advice will also be given - as per your unique body-type - in order to help you overcome cravings, curb appetite, balance the digestion and live more healthily.
 
Relaxation techniques may be given to help quiet your mind and calm emotional imbalances. We may also recommend learning some simple Yoga postures to tone and strengthen the body (see yoga classes). Meditation may also be offered as this is the most powerful way to calm the mind, increase energy levels and ensure a sound and blissful nights sleep.

DOCTORS:

Contemporary Ayurveda Cork is managed by Marie Mills. She is an Ayurvedic Consultant, Ayurvedic massage therapist & yoga teacher, practicing in Bandon, Co. Cork, Ireland.

Through her initial training with Contemporary Yoga, she learned to work more from her heart and less from her head. This brought a timeless wisdom into her teaching and was a catalyst for inner growth and transformation. Training with Yoga Kids further refined her skills and enabled her to teach Yoga for children whose simple awareness and honesty remind her to keep that child within alive.

The charges are; Ayurvedic consultations - Initial consultation: €65 (75-90 minutes)/Follow up visits: €50 (45-60 minutes), Ayurvedic Facelift massage - €60 (60 minutes)/€70 (incl. exquisite ayurvedic herbal facemask; 75 minutes), Ayurvedic abhyanga massage - €65 (90 minutes), Therapeutic ayurveda massage - €55 (60 minutes) includes neck, shoulders & head/€65 (90 minutes) includes neck, shoulders, head, hands & feet, Udvartana detox massage - €70 (90 minutes), Deha Mardanam Strong revitalizing massage - €60 (45-60 minutes), Ayurveda prana therapy - €40 (30 minutes)/ €55 (60 minutes), Yoga therapy - €55 (60 minutes)/€65 (90 minutes) and Ayurvedic spa day - €165 (three and half hours/half-day)/€280 (six hours/full-day).
