
LOCATION:
It is located at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. It is situated in rich herbal estate and grove spread over a large area of more than ten acres on the outskirts of Aligarh (G. T. Road).

ABOUT THIS COLLEGE:
Sri Sai Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital is managed and run by Om Sri Sai Shiksha Samiti, which is a registered Society. Situated in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), the Ayurvedic College is approved by Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM), New Delhi and it is affiliated to Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur. A 200-bed Hospital is attached to the college.

COURSE OFFERED:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS).
ELIGIBILITY:
The candidates must have passed 10+2 examination, with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology or Mathematics, from any recognized Board.

DURATION:
The course is a four-and-half-year program, for which the college enrolls 50 students, every year.

ACCOMMODATION:
We provide well furnished hostel for boys "Jivak Chhatravas" with a capacity of 90 beds and a girls hostel "Sukanaya Chhatravas" with a capacity of 60 beds are situated inside the campus. And also residential family/single flats for teachers have been built inside the college campus.

FOOD:
We provide good standard of meals are given under the supervision of the teachers and students.

OTHER FACILITIES:
The college has 200 beds Hospital with adequate staff, pathological lab, X-ray and other equipment, Operation Theatre with wards in the I.P.D. / O.P.D. is available for treatment of patients through Ayurveda. A complete unit of Panchkarma is established under Department of Medicine.


All the Laboratories relating to their respective subjects namely Physiology, Pathology, Anatomy, Toxicology, Dravyaguna, Rasashastra etc are well equipped. Herbal garden provides herbs on a large scale for imparting knowledge about their identification and pharmacopoeia.

The library subscribes for a good number of medical journals, magazines and periodicals. It is well managed with books on Ayurveda and Modern. The Library has a capacity to accommodate hundred students and there is extra space available for reading room.
