Pizhichil (7-21 Days)

Pizhichil is considered a particularly special treatment in Ayurveda. In this treatment lukewarm herbal oils are squeezed all over the body, by two to four therapists, continuously in a special rhythmic way for about 60 to 90 minutes each day. This treatment is done on a special table made from a single piece of Strychnous Nuxvomica wood.

Benefits: This treatment is very effective for rheumatic diseases like arthritis and joint stiffness, paralysis (hemi logia, paraplegia), paralysis-agitanus, nervous weakness and nervous disorders, sexual weakness.


Navarakizhi (7-21 Days)

Navarakizhi is a type of sudation process in which the whole body, or any specific part there of, is made to perspire by the external application of certain Navara (medical) rice puddings, in the form of boluses tied in muslin bags, dipped in a mixture of warm milk and decoctions. It is applied as appropriate by two to four therapists for about 60 to 90 minutes each day.

Benefits: This treatment is for all type of rheumatism, pain in the joints, emaciation of limbs, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and certain kinds of skin diseases and muscular diseases.

Sirodhara (7 - 21 Days)


Sirodhara 'SIRO' means head and 'DHAR' means flow of liquid. In Sirodhara, specially prepared medicinal oils and medicated buttermilk are poured on the forehead in a special rhythmic manner for about 30 to 45 minutes per day.

Benefits: This treatment is an effective therapy for diseases connected with the head, neck, eyes, ears, nose, throat and nervous system. It is effective for insomnia, loss of memory, headaches, migraine and mental tension, Parkinson's disease, cerebral atrophy, hair loss and certain skin diseases.

Brumhana Vasthi (5-25 Days)

Vasthi Ayurvedic TreatmentVasthi is known as 'Medicated Enema'. Vasthi is a therapeutic procedure in which certain herbal oils, herbal extracts / decoctions are applied through the rectum daily.

Benefits: This treatment is very effective for rheumatism and arthritis, diseases of the nervous system, paralysis, hemiplegia, numbness, gastric complaints, chronic constipation and hemorrhoids, gout, sciatica, insomnia.

Urovasthi (7 Days)

Urovasthi Ayurvedic TreatmentIn this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept on the chest for 30 to 45 minutes.

Benefits: This is an effective treatment for asthma and other respiratory problems, heart diseases and muscular chest pain.

Sirovasthi (7 - 14 Days)

Sirovasthi Ayurvedic Treatment Special lukewarm herbal oils are poured into a cap, which is fitted on the head, and held for 30 to 60 minutes per day, according to the patient's conditions.

Benefits: This treatment is highly effective for facial paralysis and other diseases of the head, dryness of nostrils, mouth and throat, severe headaches, cataracts, loss of sensation of the skin (anaesthesia).

Kativasthi (7 Days)

Kativasti Ayurvedic TreatmenetIn this process specially prepared warm medicated oil is kept on the lower back within a herbal paste boundary for 30 to 45 minutes.

Benefits: This treatment is good for any type of back pain and spinal disorders.

Abhyangam (14 - 21 Days)

Abhyangam Ayurvedic TreatmentThis is a special oil massage in which strokes are given according to the circulatory channels for 45 minutes per day, for a number of days, according to the disease.

Benefits: This treatment is very useful for treating obesity, loss of skin luster, sleeplessness, fatigue, lack of blood circulation and other vata predominant diseases.

Udvarthanam (14 -28 Days)

Udvarthanam Ayurvedic TreatmentThis treatment is a typical powder massage. In this procedure certain special herbal powders are applied to the body, by two therapists, in a particular way for about 30 to 45 minutes daily.

Benefits: This treatment is found to be very effective for obesity, hemiplegia, paralysis, skin diseases, impaired circulation and other similar kapha predominant diseases.

Nasyam (7 - 21 Days)

Nasyam Ayurvedic TreatmentNasyam is one of the most important procedures in Panchakarma. In this treatment herbal juices and medicated oils are applied through the nose.

Benefits: This treatment is highly effective for diseases of the head including headaches, migraine, facial paralysis, mental disorders, skin disease, nasal congestion and chronic sinusitis.

Snehapanam (8 -12 Days)

Snephapanam Ayurvedic TreatmentThis word literally means oral intake of medicated oils or ghee preparations. This is done as a therapeutic procedure and as a preparatory procedure during the body purification therapy. Medicated ghee or oils are given internally, in proportionally increasing quantities, for a period of 8 to 12 days.

Benefits: This treatment is very effective for osteo arthritis, psoriasis, chronic constipation and hemorrhoids.

Kizhi (7 -14 days)

Kizhi Ayurvedic TreatmentHerbal leaves or powders are made into boluses, dipped into warm medicated oil and applied to the whole body, or a specified part, for 30 to 45 minutes daily.

Benefits: This is very effective for osteo arthritis, spondylosis, sports injuries and muscular atrophy.

Dhanyamla Dhara (14 Days)

Dhara Ayurvedic TreatmentWarm herbal liquid is poured all over the body in a rhythmic way using a special vessel. This is done for 30 minutes to 1 hour daily.

Benefits: This treatment is very effective for hemiplegia and paralysis.

Ksheeradhoomam (7 Days)


Ksheeradhoomam Ayurvedic Treatment. This is a special procedure in which a mixture of medicinal decoctions and cow's milk is heated and the steam thus liberated is passed through a tube and applied over the affected parts or whole body.

Benefits: This is found to be very effective for nervous disorders of the face including facial paralysis, Bell's Palsy and speech disorders.

Thalam (7 Days)

ThaalamSpecial powders are mixed with medicated oil and applied to the top of the head for 20 to 45 minutes.

Benefits: This treatment is helpful for curing ENT problems, insomnia, migraine and mental disorders.

Lepanam (7 Days)


LepanamThis is a process in which medicated herbal paste, prepared with herbal ghees, and milk, is applied on the affected part or whole body.

Benefits: This is useful for various types of inflammatory conditions, arthritis, gout, skin diseases and eczema.

Thalapothichil (7 Days)

ThalapothichilVarious medicinal herbs, selected according to Dosha predominance, are made into a paste and applied to the scalp for 30 to 45 minutes.

Benefits: This treatment is good for insomnia, premature greying and other problems related to the hair and scalp, mental disorders.

Tharpanam (1 Time)


Benefits: This is a cleaning process of the eyes, which gives a cooling effect, preventing eye diseases and strengthening the optic nerve.

Rejuvenation Massage (1 Time)


Rejuvenation Massage. A whole body massage with herbal oil or herbal powder, using hands and feet, for 90 minutes.

Benefits: This is good for rejuvenating vitality.

General Massage (1 Time)

General Massage. A whole body massage, by hand for 60 minutes, with herbal oils and herbal powder.

Benefits: This massage tones up the body and improves the blood circulation.

Medicated Steam Bath (1 Time)

Medicated Steam BathRare and precious herbal leaves and herbs are boiled and the steam is passed to the whole body for about 10 to 20 minutes.

Benefits: This is good for certain skin diseases, to eliminate impurities from the body, to improve the tone of the body and to reduce fat.

Marma Massage (1 Time)

Marma Ayurvedic MassageThis is a 90 minute massage stimulating all vital points of the body called 'MARMAS'.

Benefits: This helps you to attain an equilibrium of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This massage is also helpful for those involved in sports, dance and martial arts as it strengthens your deep muscles and ligaments.

Mukhalepam (1 Time)


Mukhalepam Ayurveda TreatmentVery special face massage using a herbal face pack produced with specially made herbal powers, fresh fruits and creams.
