If planning to go for Panchakarma, the week or two before take extra care not to eat any heavy food or meals late at night. By taking light foods like mung dal and basmati rice with vegetables you will prepare the body for this beautiful cleansing process.
I recently learnt about this site and find it very informative. Keep up the good work!

dear friends at vedic society. this work is much needed to shine the light on panchakarma which in a nutshell is the essence of ayurvedic treatment for health, world peace and enlightenment. even in india this ancient wisdom has been distorted and a site like yours creates a deeply inspiring platform so that all involved with this wisdom can do it accordingly to the ancient ways. thank you dearly! keep up this work. vaidya k krishna

Sir, I am very grateful to your website. With out this website Ayurveda would not have become so popular all over the world.I personally have benefited by this and being in a remote place I could also serve in popularising Panchakarma in a small way.
